The RI-Solar-20kW all-in-one energy storage system integrates an LFP battery, high-frequency inverter, MPPT controller, and intelligent management system. No separate inverter or controller is required, simplifying installation while providing a complete energy-storage solution.
Intelligent, User-Friendly Control: A high-definition LCD displays PV generation, stored energy, charge/discharge status, fault codes, output power, and other key operating data in real time. The system automatically switches between PV and utility sources, selects the optimal charging source, and matches power delivery to load demand. Remote communications support data access, condition monitoring, and software updates for convenient day-to-day operation.
Applications: For homes, the system maximizes solar self-consumption, reduces grid dependence, uses time-of-use pricing to lower monthly electricity costs, and provides backup power for refrigeration, lighting, security, and smart-home loads. For field work, it supplies clean, quiet power for exploration, construction, commissioning, and maintenance without the fuel use and emissions of conventional generators. The diesel generator operates only as backup when battery energy is insufficient, improving fuel economy while reducing noise and emissions.
Technical Design: The RI-Solar-30kW uses DC-coupled solar and storage on an integrated DC bus, enabling efficient coordination and fast system response.
Comprehensive monitoring covers battery state of health (SOH), state of charge (SOC), BMS and PCS status, fault information, generator operating condition, and fuel efficiency to support reliable system operation.
Cost-Optimized Operation: In grid-connected mode, intelligent charge and discharge scheduling uses time-of-use electricity pricing. Optional demand control, dynamic capacity expansion, and reverse-power prevention can further improve operating economics.
Coordinated Control: Automatic generator control provides fast, safe response during grid-connected and off-grid transitions.
