Description
Deep Sea Electronics DSE7320
Fully Automatic Start/Stop: Continuous utility monitoring checks voltage and frequency. If an outage, undervoltage, or phase loss occurs, the controller completes engine start, speed build-up, and breaker closing within 0-15 seconds. Intelligent Retry: Up to three start attempts are supported, followed by lockout and audible/visual alarm if starting fails. Automatic Cool-Down: When utility power returns, the load transfers back and the generator completes an unloaded cool-down before stopping. ATS Integration: Transfer logic can be configured for seamless coordination between utility and generator power.
Dimensions: 240 × 181.1 × 41.7 mm (9.4 × 7.1 × 1.6 in); panel cutout: 220 × 160 mm (8.7 × 6.3 in)
Key Features:
Key Functions: Four-line backlit LCD with configurable language, alarm display, four navigation keys, custom startup graphics, data logging, built-in PLC logic, emergency mode, PIN-protected front-panel setup, and optional -40°C operation. USB, RS232, RS485, CAN, MPU, Modbus RTU, and DSENet connectivity support configuration, remote monitoring, SMS alerts, and BMS integration. The controller monitors and protects three-phase generator parameters and, on the DSE7320 MKII, three-phase utility parameters and automatic load transfer. It measures current and power (kW, kvar, kVA, power factor), supports overload, reverse-power, overcurrent, unbalanced-load, and earth-fault protection, and provides flexible configurable inputs and outputs, staged load shedding, fuel-pump control, pre/post heat, scheduled start/stop, low-fuel alarms, and maintenance reminders. IP65 protection is available when installed with the specified gasket.
